I didn't follow the recipe exactly on this one as I used leftover turkey (mostly breast) instead of cooking chicken thighs in the broth. Hubby likes turkey better than chicken and even though I prefer dark meat he prefers white. In fact he won't even eat the dark. I used the suggested cream cheese crust from page 29. I didn't have morels so I substituted white button ones. I would have gotten baby bellas but my store didn't have any when I went shopping. We loved the taste of the sauce using white wine, chicken broth, heavy cream, milk, flour and butter. Hubby said it was great but he would prefer potatoes instead of carrots next time. I made two a little larger ones and then got 3 more smaller ones.
