Recipe Review
friederike from Berlin,
It's a very delicious soup, but why that title? The yoghurt is neither a dip nor does it contain coriander; instead, the soup does. The carrot chips look cool, but I found the burnt-looking ones much more delicious that the other nicer-looking ones - crispy and crunchy. Next time I would also add some salt before baking them. We had this dish for dinner with a naan-bread each, which was fine portion-wise, though in general I would rather have the soup as a starter. We used 2 teaspoons ground coriander instead of 2 tablespoons whole coriander seed.
Edited the next day:
I actually discovered that I forgot to add the chickpeas yesterday. In hindsight that was very lucky, as I enjoyed the soup less with chickpeas than without.
