Very delicious! I didn't notice that much of a difference compared to a 'normal' quiche, but it was very delicious nonetheless. I do have my doubts about the croissant dough - while it made it very easy to prepare, the crust was a tad too dark when the quiche was done.
Enjoyable both warm and cold, though nicer when warm as the crust will be slobby when cooled down.
