Recipe Review
I used 1 c whole wheat pastry flour and 1/3 c white whole wheat flour (recipe calls for whole wheat and unbl white), cocoa in place of the carob powder and applesauce in place of the oil. I also added 1 c mini choc chips in place of nuts since I don't care for nuts in brownies.
They turned out very good but are definitely more cake-y than fudgy.
