Unusual and delicious - used on toast or as a pizza topping. The suggested pizza uses anchovies also, and that overwhelmed the subtle sweetness of the marmalade. But on a slice of rustic white bread toasted, this made a very satisfying midnight snack. It tastes way better than its healthy credentials might suggest.
