I made these for my son and I for lunch one day and they were fantastic. Easy to make using a chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces. You dip in egg substitute then into whole wheat flour seasoned with salt and pepper. I was afraid son wouldn't like them but he enjoyed them too. Next they're baked then scooped into a sauce made with Sweet Asian Chile Sauce, I used Mae Ploy, crushed red pepper flakes and rice vinegar. This was very spicy but wonderful. I sprinkled my portion over a garden salad and it made a great summer lunch.
