Grilling the oyster mushrooms (in the oven, in our case) didn't really bring out the best in them. Additionally, because of the bacon it wasn't possible to add any salt to the mushrooms because otherwise you would oversalt the dish as a whole; the salty bacon, however, did nothing to help the oyster mushrooms. Last, the tomatoes were nice but had no connection whatsoever with the oyster mushrooms; it felt like a seperate dish. I would rather recommend frying the oyster mushrooms with the herbs in some butter, and serve a tomato salad seperately if you wish to.
