I had gotten a nice corned beef on mark down and was looking for a new way to fix and decided to try this one. I read the recipe to my son since he loves corned beef and I didn't want to make it in a way he wouldn't enjoy it. At first he was a little hesitant about the blackberry preserve mustard sauce. He finally said go ahead since you make the sauce and serve it over the corned beef after it's through cooking. Neither hubby nor son liked the sauce but I though it was pretty good. They did like the beef but not the veggies. For me the potatoes and onions were good but the carrots were a little too cooked for my preference.
