Recipe Review
Zosia from Toronto, ON
One of the easiest ice creams to make: pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed or store bought) etc is whisked with cream until thickened and then placed in the freezer for a few hours…..that’s all there is to it!
The result is a pretty pink, creamy ice cream with the vibrant flavour of pomegranate. I’ve made this a few times now and my one complaint is that it leaves an odd film in your mouth so I usually don’t serve it on its own…it’s very good topped with pomegranate arils or as a topping for a fruit pie.
