I have always made the Cheddar-Jalapeno Corn Bread variation listed on the page;the best cornbread I've ever had, hence the 5 star rating!
More times than not I will double the recipe and make it in a 9 x 13 pan.
If I serve this with a mild main dish I will kick up the jalapeno amount!
