This is a delicious and gorgeous salad. It's very filling and at 95 calories a cup great for someone like me trying to lose a few pounds. It's loaded with goodies like shrimp (I used the tiny ones and didn't chop), corn tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and cilantro. The dressing although very simple, lime and lemon juice is delicious. I know I'll be making this one again.
