A very good version of tomato soup. I liked the addition of sage and thyme. I used the options of fresh thyme and dried sage since that is what I had on hand. Instead of almond milk I used 1% milk and instead of chicken broth I used some homemade turkey broth I had in my freezer. For dolloping on top I used some of the left over Greek Yogurt, mayo, chipotle mixture I had left over form the fish tacos I made last night. It called for plain Greek Yogurt but I liked the little kick the chipotle gave to the soup. I also enjoyed the depth the added tomato paste gave to the tomatoes. The Grilled cheese from page 39 went perfect with this soup.
