Recipe Review
wester from Soesterberg, Utr
I only made two parts of the three parts this was composed of - I served omelette instead of fish with the tomato and spinach. This was a pretty good combination too, and I could see it working with meat instead as well.
The vegetables were quite easy and quite tasty, if unspectacular. Good weekday fare.
I did find the recipe made too much tomato sauce. What do you need a litre of sauce for if you only need to "pour some sauce over the fish"? On the other hand, it made too little spinach. One pound of spinach is not going to make four portions after boiling. Next time halve the tomatoes and double the spinach.
