I found this to be an extremely easy recipe to follow. I had always wanted to prepare my own green sauce from scratch using fresh tomatilloes and it was wonderful. Glad I had this recipe to follow, because I was unaware that this particular salsa is actually cooked first. Also stands up well when used in Pork Chile Verde.
