Sovay from Northern England,

Title is a slight misnomer as the trout isn't baked in the cream - it's baked alone in foil (I steamed mine) and served with the sauce. Sauce is very good (includes green peppers as well as the chilli) and I shall try it with chicken as suggested by the author.
