Versatile and really useful for all those offcuts of over-large pork chops and scraps reclaimed from chicken carcases that I seem to have in my freezer.

I tried this a couple of times, making some small modifications the second time - I halved the turmeric (love the colour, less keen on the flavour) and also reduced the fish sauce as I found the original amount a bit overpowering.
