A solid green smoothie recipe, even if you don't have a high-speed blender. To help my blender along, I added about a cup of water with the fruit and veggies, and it blended right up. I used agave nectar as a sweetener, and added about a tablespoon of hemp protein powder and a half tablespoon of flax oil. The recipe makes about three cups. I drank two cups as is, and blended up the last cup with a frozen banana and about 2/3 cup of frozen sliced peaches (pineapple would also be delicious) and put it in a jar for my lunch.
