This is simply wonderful and perfect for a quick and easy supper. It sounds so basic but the flavors are amazing together (even without the prosciutto which I omitted). Have also made without the fried bread. Still excellent. A fairly decent aged balsamic vinegar is key (as well as grilling the asparagus which I did with a stovetop grill pan).
