We call these crack cookies, especially when made with chopped cranberries (not dried, just plain cranberries) and white chocolate or raisins and walnuts. Easily one of the most versatile cookies as far as tweaking goes. Tried them w 3/4 c quinoa flour and turned out fantastic. The recipe says it makes 7 dozen, I usually get between 5 or 6 dozen.
