Recipe Review

This was my first time having cooked endive. It was quiet good. Belgium endive is hard to find here and I'd been looking for some for a recipe I wanted to try. I finally found it at Trader Joes in a trip out of town but then came down with a cold and didn't get my other ingredients so I decided to look on line for a recipe before my endive went bad. Found this recipe and hope to try more endive.
