This is a great recipe, and has become one of the dishes that I try to always have on hand in the freezer (it freezes great!).
Like a lot of the recipes in the book, it can be a bit time consuming to make, especially if you have to put the mughal garam masala together at the same time. But if you already have it on hand (i.e., if you get it together the day before), it doesn't take too much active time to make.
I'd highly recommend eating this with naan... very very tasty.
