This was delicious, if not a tiny bit salty (even without salting the meat just before cooking). The recipe calls for marinating up to 8 hours, but that may have been excessive for this thinly sliced meat. I used short ribs and served with a cabbage/jalapeƱo slaw and homemade tortillas.
