So smooth, so yummy! My husband, who says he doesn't like "fancy" ice creams, only vanilla and chocolate, loves this one. I made a half recipe and we ate it *all*. I used 10 plums (red skins, yellow flesh) totaling 9oz (assuming the stones would be a larger proportion of the smaller plums). And I used a bit more than 1/2 of the water. Very good.
