This recipe made the best homemade flour tortillas I have ever made. I followed Pioneer Woman's directions to let the dough rest and I rolled the tortillas very thin. Next time I would keep the tortillas on the stove for closer to 30 seconds each time rather than 20 seconds because they were just slightly undercooked at 20 seconds, but they were still wonderfully pliable and tasty.
