These are delicate, soft rolls with just a hint of sweetness. I used Red Kuri squash and they were moist and delicious. The brown butter honey spread is a great addition. These are no where near as sweet as cinnamon rolls or morning buns and very versatile as they can even been used for a savory sandwiches/dinner rolls (with out the honey butter) or a tasty breakfast with coffee.
