This can make a pretty good no-meat burger if you get the proportions of everything just right, and if your lentils are well-seasoned to begin with, and the nuts are very fresh, etc. It is very touchy, though, and can be good or bad seemingly on a whim. The seasonings are not absolutely correct somehow, but I can't really tell you what is off. It seems like there might be too much dried mustard powder in there. Anyway, I have had this when it was very good, so you may want to give it a go and see if you can coax a good burger out of this recipe.
