This was delicious. Had a minor problem with the glaze. The original recipe was for Buttermilk Pound Cake with a note to change it up to Meyer Lemon Coconut Pound Cake. Instructions said to follow the glaze recipe and add juice from 2 Meyer lemons along with the zest. It didn't say when to add the juice but I assumed with the buttermilk. My glaze was thick but when I added the juice and buttermilk it was thin. I cooked a bit more and it did get a little thick but not much. Still tasted great on the cake though.
