I made this one for our Sunday breakfast. My 10 yr. old great niece spent Sat night with us and she enjoyed this one. I though it was good too. Daughter and son in law came by for breakfast and they liked it too. I did only dip one side of the second piece of bread just like the first instead of dipping both sides like the author suggested. I didn't think the egg would cook well on the inside of the bread touching the banana.
I tried mine with honey, pancake syrup and just a sprinkling of confectioner sugar. I liked the sugar best.
