Maybe 3.5. Good enough, but don't need to make again.
- Used my new, used T111, but my old, smaller, T110 would have been perfect.
- Used a 225g chorizo extra fort for the sausage.
- Used whole wheat chapelure for the seasoned bread crumbs, with a goodly dose of Penzey's seasoned salt.
- Used a young mimolette instead of cheddar. (The color's right.)
