This was part of our Valentine Supper along with Romaine Hearts with Shaved Parmigiano and Lemon Dressing, Classic Potato Gratin and Broiled Pineapple with Rum which is part of the Dead of Winter Dinner Menu in this book. The steak sauce was easy to make and tasted good too. I was pleasantly surprised it got nicely thickened. I also made the herb butter variation as pictured in the book. Very nice way to fix a steak. I used rib eyes.
