Wow I can't believe that this is so good! These are very refreshing drinks that we just guzzled down not believing it was so good. The dark color at the bottom did not show up it just all got mixed together. We used less ice cream but it was still amazing!

PS: this is a nice treat for kids when the adults are enjoying mojitos, or other mint-based cocktails.
