Recipe Review

This is the perfect seasonal coffee cake recipe for Christmas or Thanksgiving. The recipe makes two but it's easily halved to make one as I did. It's filled with lovely smells and tastes to delight your senses.... orange juice and zest, cranberries, cinnamon, and pecans. I loved the tangy bits with the cranberries, the crunchiness from the nuts and the citrus zing from the OJ and zest. It's not overly sweet even with the confectionery sugar glaze. I love this one and it's great with a cup of coffee or hot tea.
