This was very good. I used a poblano pepper instead of green bell since son likes those better. I topped mine with clilatro. I should have remember to add some sour cream and salsa at the end since I think this would have improved the flavor. Domestic Superhero suggested that but I forgot. This was still great and we dipped tortilla chips in ours.
