I've only made a couple things from here so far, not totally fabulous but not bad either. Haven't really done enough to give a very solid rating, 4 stars might possibly be in order.
Also, like Vegetarian (another Nicola Graimes book) the beginning has a nice useful section of information on various kinds of food and their health benefits.
