Possibly my favourite cookbook! (The only other contender is How to Cook Everything Vegetarian, and that's a different style of book anyways). There are very few recipes out of this book that I don't make repeatedly. It's a great book for satisfying healthy recipes and the pictures are gorgeous too. Several of my standby easy dinners come from this book.
