Dont be put off by how skinny this book is - no filler recipes here! The premise is that two women interview their grandmother/aunt in law and she teaches them how to cook some dishes from Andhra Pradesh state of India. The recipes are unlike your usual Indian cookbooks in terms of flavor and technique and are all vegetarian. One of the best collections of dal recipes I own.
