Michael Symon's Live to Cook: Recipes and Techniques to Rock Your Kitchen
I love this cookbook! I have to say I'm a fan of Michael Symon so I'm not surprised I love the book.
I've made several recipes including the Spice Tomato and Blue Cheese Soup, Pork Souvlaki (oh MY is this good and the marinade is just as good on chicken), Slow-roasted halibut with fried capers, caramelized lemon, and almonds (another recipe that has become a staple in our home) and his homemade pasta.
His personality is throughout. The recipes are well written, easy to follow and use ingredients for which I don't have to search the world.
