I too would like to congratulate the winners. Queezle Sister, I'm also trying to cut my calorie intake and eat a bit healthier so I've been concretrating on using my cookbooks that fit that description.

When I went to check I realized I have Mexico One Plate a Time instead of Mexican Kitchen. I just went to Amazon and ordered a used copy of Mexican Kitchen for just over $8 so now I'm ready.
