Great fall salad. Daughter always picks out a fall salad for part of her birthday supper and this is the one she picked this year. Loaded with flavor and a nice light vinaigrette to dress the greens, nuts, oranges, dried cranberries and goat cheese.

I loved this one but son said he'd rather had green beans instead of asparagus but I love asparagus. Filled with loads of flavor and very filling. Also it comes together quickly and makes a nice week night supper.

These not only taste great they're pretty too with the colourful heirloom cherry tomatoes. The fresh oregano, garlic and white basamic give them a nice flavor along with the tomatoes and mozzarella. This was one of Christmas Eve appetizers for 2013.

This was a great dressing for the Pear Salad on the same page but I think it would also be great on a green salad. It has white balsamic, honey, salt, pepper and olive oil simple but tasty.
