Pretty good, nice recipe to have the ingredients in reserve. Served with basmati rice and naan. Could be a little spicier, but I pretty much guess they didn't want to "overdo" the spice in a Betty Crocker magazine for American tastes. Will make again.

Pork Chops with Apricot Date Wild Rice reviewed by tignor from October, 1998
Dave loved, I thought was meh. Used Wild Rice and Long Grain mix from Aldi. I found the flavors odd, didn't taste the dates at all. Dave really wanted pork chops and is dieting, so I found this and made it.

Beef Stroganoff Casserole reviewed by tignor from October, 1997
This is a definite "make again." All the flavors of Beef Stroganoff and with a crust instead of noodles. 6 servings is VERY small, so we ate this in 4.
