These are very good crab cakes. I was a little worried that there wouldn't be enough crab, and to be honest I think there could have been more, but they were delicious just the same.

I only made half a batch and I made them for dinner, not an appetizer so I got 10 cakes out of the 1/2 batch.

I also didn't use a 1/4 cup of oil to fry them! I used just enough to coat the pan and they turned out just fine.

I didn't make her sauce. I had some yummy habanero aioli and some pistachio lime aioli so I served them with those sauces and a nice salad.
