This is more technique than recipe. I soaked my oats overnight subbing 1/3 of the water with low fat milk. Cooked for about 5 minutes the next morning with a pinch of salt. This can go savory or sweet - delicious with a fried egg (in which case I do not use the butter) or honey or brown sugar (with butter).
