This is a delicious brunch stand-by dish. I often get a recipe request if I serve it at a party. I sometimes replace some of the milk (about 1 cup - out of 4) with eggs or "better than eggs". I also switch up the fillings (sometimes turkey sausage, more/less cheese, sauteed mushrooms etc.) to taste. I usually prep it the night before as well. Creamy, hearty and impressive when taken out of the oven.
