These were super easy to make and really a treat to eat.
I did not use the lemon curd recipe provided within the recipe since I had lemon curd in the fridge made a few days ago using a different Fine Cooking recipe (reviewed a few days ago as well).
For planning purposes -- it is at least six hours between pulling this together, baking it and serving it. Only about 15 minutes of that time is cook's effort.
