Actually on 90c (insert at the back of the issue).

Amazingly quick main course with bright flavors. The vinaigrette is whipped up in minutes and cooking the fish is done in under 10 minutes. Just enough time to make some couscous on the stovetop and steam some green beans in the microwave.

3/19/11 -- Modified this using a Meyer lemon and honey tangerine (photo is of modified dish) to make the citrus vinaigrette. Served over rice and omitted cilantro for this version. Used the vinaigrette for both the fish and salad.
