I made this for our supper to go with the Asparagus Scrambled Eggs (page 41), for my husband and I. We really liked them but my jalapeno was a bit big and super hot. Next time I'll use a smaller jalapeno or remove a few of the seeds. They went really well with the asparagus and eggs. I also made bacon which went well with the pancakes too.
