This wasn't our favorite. I added some heat, extra lemon juice and a bit of vinegar to even it out but it still just felt to be missing something. Likely would skip this one next time.
I love this salad! It is always a hit and is easy to make just a lot of prep involved, but well worth it.

This recipe is good as a main course or as side for a party. If you leave out the shrimp it is a good salad for grilled meats in the summer. Very easy to prepare
