Very nice. Unfortunately the sauce was slightly sour - I suspect that the white wine, which we only later discovered to be too old even for cooking, was the culprit. But it also just might have been too much white wine vinegar.
When making the sauce, pay attention - the egg might shift very easily. We hardly tasted the herbs, although that might haven been because we used dry instead of fresh herbs.
