I love this recipe. The roasting really brings out the flavor of the shrimp, and the cocktail sauce is fantastic! And it's so easy, too.

I love this. It only takes 10 minutes to make and tastes SO much better than boiled shrimp. The recipe for the cocktail sauce is yummy too. Serve these cold.

I agree...the roasting makes a big difference in flavor...even if they are chilled before serving.
This was wonderful. It really added an additional dimension to the shrimp. They were flavorful enough without any dipping sauce also.
