Anything with mini chocolate chips, coffee, and butter should be amazing, and these cookies certainly are.
They're the new favorite for their deliciousness and ease of making. Her tip about rolling the dough into a gallon ziptop bag is genius. I don't own a rolling pin, nor do I need to for this recipe, and clean up is certainly much easier with the bag!
Buttery, slightly sweet, coffee tinted deliciousness!
